Tutorial- videos doesn´t working

Hello, i want to learn how lexocad works, but just the tutorial videos 1.1 , 1.2 , 1,3 are working. All other videos does´t work on the online Cadwork web videoplayer. It showes me just that error message:  "Can't find video file."
I´ve called cadwork hotline a week ago for two times, but nothing changes.

Can anyone help me out ?

I have an update: We are creating whole new set of tutorials, that is why some of them does not work. All tutorials should work on the end of December. Thanks you for your patience.
